My interactive and experiential programs include illustrated teachings, interactive and expressive options, guided conversations, and unique meditations. I create flexible formats that may include one-time events or recurring series, day or evening classes, weekday or weekend workshops, and day, evening, or weekend retreats. Programs may serve small to large groups as well as organizations and companies. Programs may be co-designed to serve an organization's goals such as to inspire board development, to build staff morale, to heal a workplace after a crisis, or to guide interpersonal improvement, creativity, and intra-organizational change. Workshop information may be prepared as written material. Individual coaching is also an option.
